Here, in no particular order is a start to my ever-growing list of de-stressing suggestions, from me and from others in chronic pain. This list will keep on growing, and I’d love to have your input. Email me with your favourites stress relieving activities or tips and share what you've learned!
- Do something silly on your computer; like match webdings to stress relief techniques... don't forget to send me your web-ding inspired tips!
